How to View and Resolve Grade Disputes in a Kritik Activity

To view and resolve the grade disputes raised by participating students in your activity, follow the below steps:

  1. Go into your course and click into the activity in question.

  2. When in the activity, filter the view of student work to be by "Dispute" using the dropdown to the right:

  3. Once you do so, you will be able to see all raised disputes from students. Click into one of these disputes to view its details. Click the red button titled "Manage Dispute":

  4. Here, you will be asked to provide a comment back to the student regarding your take on the dispute. This would be either a comment reflecting any Creation score change or a comment reflecting your belief that the initial score did not merit a dispute.

5. Be sure to edit the student's creation score as needed to reflect your resolution comment. You can view instructions related to editing scores here.
