Kritik offers several flexible rubric options to support however you like to build out your activities, whether that's starting from scratch, using a saved template, or generating with AI. Importing a Rubric is an option which allows you to upload an existing rubric file and have Kritik's AI automatically insert it into your activity, with no manual setup required.
How to Import your Rubric
Step 1: In the 'Rubrics & Settings' step, click on the three vertical dots on the top right, and then click 'Import Rubric'
Step 2: You will now be prompted to upload your rubric. To upload, click anywhere within the box. Once you've upload your rubric, click 'Continue'.
Note: The maximum file size is 20 MB.
You can import rubrics from any of the following file types:
.pdf
.docx
.xlsx
.csv
.jpg
.png
Step 4: Once your rubric is uploaded, it will automatically appear as an editable rubric. A 'Rubric successfully imported.' notice will appear on the bottom of your page, confirming that it was uploaded.
Step 5: Make any changes to your now editable rubric. You can add or remove levels, add or remove criteria, and/or adjust the weight of each criterion as needed.
Step 6: Once you're happy with your rubric, head to the Settings section at the bottom, configure your settings, and hit 'Save and Continue'. For more guidance with Settings, see our article here.
